1. About the Service

Narcissos is a psychoeducation application designed to help users learn about narcissistic behavior patterns through interactive scenarios, an AI-powered text scanner, and educational content.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content, AI analysis results, narcissism scores, and recommendations provided by Narcissos are for educational purposes only. They should not be used to:

• Diagnose any person with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) or any other condition
• Make legal, medical, or relationship decisions
• Label, confront, or accuse any person of being a narcissist
• Replace professional therapy or counseling

If you are experiencing abuse or manipulation, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional.

3. AI Scanner Disclaimer

The AI Scanner analyzes text patterns and provides an estimated score. This analysis:

• Is based on a single message and cannot assess a whole person
• May produce inaccurate results
• Should be interpreted as an educational exercise, not a diagnosis
• Cannot replace the judgment of a qualified professional

4. User Responsibilities

By using Narcissos, you agree to:

• Use the app for educational and personal growth purposes
• Not use AI-generated results to harass, manipulate, or harm others
• Not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content to the AI Scanner
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Narcissos offers free and premium tiers:

• Free: 1 scanner analysis/day, 1 simulator analysis/day, full Daily Dose (5 scenarios/day), unlimited Speed Game, Recognition Game levels 1–5
• Narcissos Pro: 10 scanner analyses/day, 10 simulator analyses/day, all 50 Recognition Game levels, situational action advice, 2 streak freezes/month, all current and future Pro features

Pricing: Monthly subscription €4.99/month, Annual subscription €39.99/year (save 33%), or Lifetime one-time purchase €99 (iOS only). Prices may vary by region according to Apple's or Stripe's regional price tiers and applicable taxes (VAT).

Lifetime Purchase (iOS only): A one-time €99 payment unlocks all current Pro features permanently for the Apple ID used at purchase.

• Fair use cap: Lifetime users get the same daily quotas as monthly subscribers (10 scanner analyses/day, 10 simulator analyses/day). Automated access or account sharing may result in restriction.
• Scope: Lifetime covers all Pro features as they exist at the time of purchase. New premium features added in future versions may require an additional upgrade.
• No refund exceptions: Lifetime purchases are handled by Apple per their standard refund policy (linked below).
• Restore: Use the "Restore purchase" button on any iOS device signed in with the same Apple ID.

Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms (iOS / Apple):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected subscription plan.
• You can manage and cancel iOS subscriptions in the app under Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or via the Settings app on your device → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Narcissos. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

iOS refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms (Web / Stripe):

• Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• You can cancel any time in the app under Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. The portal lets you cancel, change payment method, view invoices, or update billing information.
• You may also cancel by emailing info@mentalhealthclub.fi and we will cancel on your behalf within 2 business days.
• EU/EEA right of withdrawal: By starting your subscription you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive once the service has been used. Where local law grants a non-waivable cooling-off period, that law prevails.
• Refunds: refunds for partially used billing periods are not given by default, but we will consider exceptional circumstances on request via the support email above.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and educational materials in Narcissos are protected by copyright. AI-generated results based on your input are provided for your personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Narcissos is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on AI analysis results
• Emotional distress caused by content or results
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions taken based on educational content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
